The Mindfulness calendar promises to inspire the children, boost their confidence, unleash their creativity while improving their health, and not forget to have lots of fun.

Carefully crafted mindfulness activities will help your child tackle anxiety, manage everyday stress and communicate his/her feel better.

The calendar focuses on instilling regular yoga and mindfulness practice for children that is a dire need in today's world. We encourage the kids to journal their 30 days experience in a notebook or art book.
