  1. Settle down in a comfortable posture.

  2. Make sure your spine is striaght upright.

  3. When you are ready, play the video.

Deep relaxation technique. Also called sqaure breathing. Even the children can practice this breathing.

Do you want to curb your cravings or sleep better, this technique is best for you. Even the children can practice this breathing.
