Happiness can hold a different meaning for different individuals, mainly considered as an emotional state of contentment, joy, satisfaction, happiness is a very subjective experience. For science geeks happiness can mean the release of these four hormones: dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin ,and endorphins, for foodies it can mean eating their favourite dish and for me it simply means playing fetch with my dog!


What looks perfect, may not feel perfect and with all said and done, it comes down to one thing and one thing alone: How do you feel?
