Happiness can hold a different meaning for different individuals, mainly considered as an emotional state of contentment, joy, satisfaction, happiness is a very subjective experience. For science geeks happiness can mean the release of these four hormones: dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin ,and endorphins, for foodies it can mean eating their favourite dish and for me it simply means playing fetch with my dog!
