Service Description

Prenatal Yoga is an excellent way to prepare your body for all of the changes it goes through during pregnancy, childbirth, and Mothering. Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation, and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters. It teaches strength and stamina, as well as concentration and breath control, invaluable tools during labor and birth. Prenatal yoga class is a wonderful opportunity for pregnant women to connect and celebrate their changing bodies and growing babies. It is always good to take your doctor's opinion before you start with prenatal yoga.


Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel the class kindly contact the teacher 24 hours in advance. The class fees will only be refunded in case the teacher cancels the scheduled class. Refer to the terms and conditions for more information. Please select PayPal at checkout for international payments
