The word 'Yoga' means union in Sanskrit. Partner yoga aims to achieve the union of two people. Practicing with another person on your mat is a beautiful way to connect with your partner while experiencing the magic of Yoga. You will be able to deepen your practice. You could relax and stretch while your partner adds resistance and support to your practice. The partner helps you try new poses and expand your practice while experiencing tender love and care. Also when you work together on the mat you will be able to create a sacred bond not just physically but also emotionally. You will rekindle the trust in your partner. So pitch this idea to your spouse, sibling, parents, or your best friend and hop onto your mat with us to experience this magical practice. Please note you need a partner with you to attend this class.
